Realistically this probably wont revoke the treaty but it might help convince the government to do more to prevent the extradition of McKinnon.
It's just a small thing which may help the poor messed up little McKinnon bloke. If the treaty are forcing as to extradite this harmless deluded fella then something is wrong.
